Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.

• Camp Free to Be (CFTB) accommodates participants ages 4 - 21 with a variety of support needs and/or disabilities. Camper to staff ratio can be as low as 1:1 in order to meet the recreational and personal care needs of each camper. The Program meets Monday through Friday. Staff positions are as follows:
• Assistant Camp Specialist: Starting at $17.00 - $20.00 per hour; 30 - 40 hours per week.
• Camp Lead: Starting at $16.00 - $17.00 per hour; 40 hours per week. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
• Camp Aide: Starting at $15.00 per hour; 30 - 40 hours per week.
• Instructors -Art; Gym: Starting at $16.00 - $17.00 per hour; 30 - 40 hours per week.
• All staff will be required to attend a mandatory staff orientation and training.
• All starting rates are dependent upon education and experience.
