• HISRA offers a variety of programming during the evening and on weekends. HISRA also offers a recreation program for adults during the day, Special Olympics and bowling programs. Staff positions are as follows:
• Program Leader / Driver: Accommodation planning responsibility. Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience. Responsible for the development and implementation of planned outings, the personal care, supervision and behavior management of participants. The supervision of program aides and volunteers.
• Program Aide: Starting at $13.00 per hour based on experience. Responsible for assisting the Program Leader in the implementation and supervision of the planned outings, the personal care, supervision and behavior management of participants. The FOCUS Program Aide position is approximately 26 hours, year-round. This program runs Mon - Thurs.
• All staff will be required to attend a mandatory staff orientation and training.
