• Serve as building supervisor and lead staff person on duty during recreational activities and rentals.
• Responsible for assisting with set up and tear down of events which includes, but is not limited to, setting up tables, chairs, and trash removal.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all designated areas.
• Serve as main contact during all building activities, interacting with participants and the general public. Greet all customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, including over the telephone. Respond to voicemails as assigned.
• Keep front desk and displays clean, neat, and orderly.
• Follow all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Support all aspects of the Peoria Park District's safety program.
• Report any vandalism, unusual condition, emergency situation, or incidents to the Manager of Athletics and Recreation Services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
